Supplemental Instruction Courses: 2019-2020
The Division of Academic Enhancement offers several options for students seeking support in ENGL 1101, MATH 1101, MATH 1113, and MATH 2250.
Co-enroll Courses for MATH 1113 and MATH 2250
Are you struggling through MATH 1113 or MATH 2250? Are you needing a little more support and guidance through the course? We would like to encourage to you consider adding our co-enroll course (this can be done as a Late Add) to give you that extra support for success in your math class. In the co-enroll course students will participate in recitation sessions, review concepts, and discuss useful learning strategies. Upon successful completion of the co-enroll course, the student will receive 1 elective credit hour.
Co-enroll for MATH 1113 --> UNIV 1202: Becoming Active Learners (CRN 48725)
Co-enroll for MATH 2250 --> Preparation for MATH 2250: UNIV 2900 (CRN 55000)

Drop Back Courses for ENGL 1101, MATH 1101, MATH 1113, and MATH 2250
Think twice before you withdraw! Drop Back courses allow students who may be having difficulty in ENGL 1101 or MATH 1101/1113/2250 to complete a UNIV section change form and move from that course into a course that will prepare them to succeed in the core course in the future. Upon successful completion of the Drop Back course, the student will receive credit for 3 or 4 elective hours (matching the same credit hours of the initial course they were enrolled in).
