Jose Camacho

Program Coordinator

Jose serves as a Program Coordinator for the Educational Talent Search Program. In his role he strives to assist students from low income and first-generation families seek their full potential to succeed in a higher education setting. He serves students Clarke County, GA ranging from 6th-12th grade providing services in career exploration, academic and financial counseling, and professional development to prepare to be admitted to and succeed in college. Jose has a deep passion for education and is committed in helping his students find their own passion as well.

Outside of work, Jose enjoys spending time with his friends, going to coffee shops, cheering on the Dawgs, and traveling to new places. His top three cities: NYC, Washington DC, and of course Athens, GA!
